Warwick Hotel - Room details

A $4-million renovation was completed in 2001 in which 229 guestrooms received a facelift. All deluxe rooms have central air with climate controls, and are decorated in soft brown and gold hues. Rooms have either one king-size or two double beds and some have a refrigerator, others a minibar. The Warwick Seattle has 12 rooms designed for disabled guests. Each room features one king bed and most of the standard room amenities. A wet bar and refrigerator replace the usual minibar. The bathroom features bars around the toilet and inside the bathtub. Three of these rooms (one of which is on a smoking floor) feature a roll-in shower. Due to space limitations, it is not possible to put a rollaway bed inside this room. However, it does connect with another king-bed room. These rooms face south (towards the city).

Warwick Hotel - Property information

What to expect: Ignore the nondescript exterior and step into the quaint lobby, which evokes European sensibilities with amenities such as a small front desk and free coffee and tea until mid-morning. This hotel attracts corporate travelers and European tourists who put a premium on value, not flash.
  • Amenity highlights: Kids will splash with glee, but in four or five freestyle strokes, an adult will quickly glide end-to-end in the small, but functional indoor heated pool measuring 3 feet, 6 inches in depth. A small Jacuzzi is attached. Next door is a fitness room and sauna and separate lockers for men and women.
  • Insider tip: If your budget allows, ask for a Deluxe Space Needle view room, which encompasses sweeping views of the Olympic Mountains, the Space Needle, Lake Union, and—on a clear day—10,781-foot Mount Baker, which is approximately 120 miles to the north of Seattle.
