These larger rooms also include separate sitting areas, chandeliers, valet stand, and period armoire. The rooms can be interconnected. Most bathrooms in these guestrooms have a window.

Amenity highlights: The hotel restaurant, Le Céladon, and British-style bar, Duke’s Bar, offer two completely different atmospheres—the former elegant and refined, and the latter laid-back and cozy. The new fitness center and spa opened in 2002 with beauty services and views of Paris rooftops, and the business center offers high-speed Internet access, audio-visual equipment, and translation services. Wireless Internet access is offered in all public areas.
Insider tip: Some of the city’s top gourmet food shops and their restaurants are located just 2 blocks from the hotel at the Place de la Madeleine, including Fauchon, Hédiard, Maison de la Truffe, Caviar Kaspa, and Maille (Dijon mustard). Le Céladon - This restaurant features a seasonal menu of traditional French cuisine in an elegant, Regency-style dining room decorated in shades of pale green with accents of celadon porcelain, crystal, and silk. The restaurant is transformed into the more casual Petit Céladon on Saturdays and Sundays, with all-inclusive and children’s menus in a relaxed atmosphere. This restaurant is open daily for breakfast (buffet and continental style), lunch, and dinner.
Duke’s Bar - The hotel’s British influence is evident in this bar’s cozy atmosphere, with deep-green leather chairs, intricately carved wood paneling, and large fireplace. The bar features an international selection of cocktails, a cigar club, and live jazz piano music nightly. A breakfast buffet is served here, and meals from Celadon at lunch. Dinnertime service is strictly drinks and cigars.
