    This hotel features 18 simple, European-style guestrooms. Muted decor complements the rooms’ original hardwood floors, antique fireplaces, and expansive paintings—some of which are painted directly on the golden walls. All offer CD systems and fluffy bathrobes along with two telephones. While accessories differ from room to room (some rooms feature wood-frame beds encircled with soft curtains, for example), all include deep bathtubs and large windows that open to the hotel’s small garden.
