This property requires a seven-night minimum for stays between April 1 and September 1. All rentals during that date period are on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.
The full amount in room and tax is charged to the customer's credit card at the time of booking. Total amount includes taxes and accommodation fees of 11%.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a $25 processing fee plus one night's room and tax.
For late arrivals, a package will be left in your name in the key box located just to the left of the office door. It will contain keys, island information and directions to your property.

All guests must go to the RH Realty office to get keys and check-in. There is no office/front desk at the property itself.
Late arrivals:Office hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM (7 days a week). If you will be arriving after hours, a package with keys and a map to your villa will be left in our key box located to the left of the our office door.You must call prior if you are planning to arrive after 7 PM.
