In the restaurant, a trompe l’oeil ceiling mural of blue sky and puffy clouds exaggerates the feeling of height. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a full brunch on Sunday.     "A variety of recreational opportunities are available only a few blocks away at Lake Michigan and the lakefront multi-use path. During summer, lifeguards are on duty at Oak Street Beach, which is less than a half-mile from the hotel. Beach volleyball courts are available for rental or pick-up games. The lakefront path, which runs north and south for about 20 miles, is open to bicyclists, joggers, walkers, and in-line skaters. Bicycles and in-line skates can be rented at several beachfront locations. Jogging maps are offered by the hotel.
