The Pine Ridge Condominiums are one block from downtown Breckenridge, located in the heart of the Colorado Rockies where powdery conditions and world-class skiing are the norm.
The one- and two-bedroom condos can accommodate as many as 10 guests and come with a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, and washer/dryer. Before and after the day’s activity, the on-site fitness center, hot tubs, and swimming pool provide relaxation and recreation.
The condos are a 3-minute walk from the Four O’clock Ski Run, or skiers can ride the free shuttle that stops by every 10 minutes on its way to and from all of the lifts at Breckenridge. Summer visitors can enjoy hot-air ballooning, horseback riding, and alpine slides within a few miles of downtown.

One-Bedroom/Two-Bath - Features a king or queen in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room; units can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
Two-Bedroom/Two-Bath - Features a king or queen in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room; units can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
Two-Bedroom/Two-Bath/Loft - Features a king or queen in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, as well as a loft. Loft bedding will vary depending on the unit. Lofts accommodate 8-10 guests and may include a queen, twin beds, or bunk beds. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
