    The Beaver Run Resort features approximately 500 accommodations spread over five buildings. All rooms, studios, and suites have humidifiers and complete tableware for the stated room occupancy (when applicable).
  • Standard Hotel Room - Housed in the first, second, and third buildings of the property, these 380-square-foot rooms feature a sitting area and two queen beds; rooms can accommodate a maximum of four adults.
  • Deluxe Studio - Guests can ski right into the building where their room is located if they book this Deluxe Studio. A total of 460 square feet in size, these studios feature a private sitting area and jetted tub in addition to one queen bed; studios can accommodate a maximum of four guests.
  • One-Bedroom Suite - Private balconies are ideal for crisp mornings with a cup of coffee or summer afternoons with a good book, and a full kitchen and homey fireplace are other benefits of the One-Bedroom Suites. A spacious 717 square feet in size, these suites feature one queen bed in the main bedroom and one queen sofa bed; rooms can accommodate a maximum of four adults.
  • Colorado Suite - A kitchenette, jetted tub, and fireplace grace these 617-square-foot suites. With one queen bed and one queen sofa bed, the Colorado Suite can accommodate a maximum of four adults.
  • Two-Bedroom Suite - Checking in at a spacious 1,223 square feet, these suites are ideal for larger parties and families, with a full kitchen, open bar in the living room for entertaining, and a private balcony. The main bedroom has one queen bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the living room has a queen sofa bed; suites can accommodate a maximum of six adults.
