Ridgepoint Townhomes - Room detailsThis complex contains 25 tri-level townhomes, all of which include a loft; fully equipped kitchen with a tiled, wrap-around breakfast bar; washer and dryer; dining room; living room with a corner fireplace; at least two bathrooms; two outdoor decks; and views of the mountains, town or village. All are individually decorated and feature a private exterior entrance, where locked ski storage is located. The foyer opens onto the first floor, where the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry facilities are located. The dining room, living room and kitchen are on the second floor. The loft is accessible from the living room. The living room and bedrooms each have a TV. - Two-bedroom townhome - These nearly 1,600-square-foot units offer one king bed in the master bedroom, and one queen or two twin beds in the second. The loft overlooks the dining area and kitchen. Some lofts feature sofa beds, or day- or twin beds.

A private drive preserves the quiet nature of the property, located in a spruce-filled enclave amidst the foothills below Bachelor Gulch overlooking the Beaver Creek Golf Course. Grassy knolls provide play space for children. - Amenity highlights: Guests have year-round access to fitness equipment in the clubhouse, a sauna and outdoor spa, two tennis courts, an outdoor heated pool that is open during the summer in the courtyard, and the health club at the Park Hyatt, 1 mile away in the village. Skiers are provided a complimentary shuttle to the slopes, a skiway that leads into the property, and ski storage. Complimentary transportation is also available to the village.
- Insider tip: A torchlight ski-down parade is staged at nightfall every Thursday during ski season, followed by a fireworks show. Participants must be at least intermediate skiers, and children under 13 must ski with an adult. To join, skiers must sign up by early evening at the Beaver Creek Children’s Ski School. The best place to watch is from the bottom of the Centennial lift.

The property is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones-designed Beaver Creek Golf Course and 8 miles from the Vail Golf Course. Other area recreational activities include skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, tubing, bobsledding, dog sledding, guided bird hunting, hiking, biking, rock climbing, llama treks, cattle drives, hot-air ballooning, four-wheel drive tours, and paragliding. Denver International Airport (DEN): Approximate driving time is 2 hours and distance is 100 miles. Driving directions from Denver International Airport: Head west on Pena Blvd to Interstate 70. Take I-70 west for approximately 95 miles. Leave the interstate at Avon (Exit 167), veer around the traffic circle, and go underneath the overpass toward the mountain. Check in at the entrance gate. Take Village Road 0.75 miles, and turn right onto Willis Pl.
