This 10-building complex—Aspen's largest all-condominium property—is tucked in a wooded enclave at the base of Aspen Mountain.
All 140 privately owned, individually decorated units include wood-burning fireplaces, balconies, and fully equipped kitchens.
The resort features five tennis courts, three hot tubs, two outdoor pools, a fitness center, and outdoor cooking grills.

One-Bedroom Standard - These units have a queen bed in the bedroom. The units are 750 square feet, and include a bedroom, living room, and dining area with breakfast bar. They can accommodate a maximum of four guests.
Two-Bedroom Standard - These units offer two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with twin beds that can be joined to create a king), two bathrooms, a living room, and a dining area with breakfast bar. The units are about 1,000 square feet and can accommodate a maximum of four guests.
Two Bedroom Deluxe - These guestrooms have two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with twin beds that can be joined to create a king), two bathrooms, a living room, and a dining area with breakfast bar. At approximately 1,000 square feet, these units can accommodate a maximum of four guests. These units are rated deluxe because they feature higher-quality furniture, interior design, and upkeep.

What to expect:

Amenity highlights: The resort offers five tennis courts (three of them clay), two pool areas, free parking, a fitness center, and a reception area. Ski and bicycle equipment storage is available, and airport transportation and a town shuttle also are offered. Amenities include concierge and housekeeping services, and each individually decorated condo has touches of home—kitchens, fireplaces, dining table and chairs, bedrooms, and living rooms with soft sofas.

Turn slightly right onto N. Seventh St., then left onto W. Main St. Continue for 1 mile, and turn left onto Cooper Ave. Turn right on S. West End St., which leads directly to the hotel.
