Square Condominium Hotel - Policy information

There are no room charges for children 18 and younger occupying the same room as their parents.
Two adults are included in the rate for a studio, Four adults are included for a two bedroom unit. Each adult thereafter is $15 per night.
Any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will be subject to the full cost of stay. Any cancellations outside 30 days are subject to a $100 fee.
Rollaway beds and cribs are available at no additional charge. Both are subject to availability and should be requested at the time of booking.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.
